Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding property details, pricing, and site visits.
Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales pipeline.
Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and client support.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Strong understanding of the local property market and real estate trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
High level of self-motivation, ambition, and enthusiasm.
Presentable and professional.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to property sites.
