Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Sales Support
Handle inbound enquiries and assist in qualifying leads
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to potential customers
Support senior sales managers during client meetings and site visits
Site Visits & Follow-Ups
Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to move them through the sales funnel
Maintain regular contact with clients to address queries and build trust
Sales Coordination
Update lead status, site visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking formalities, and client communication
Assist in preparing sales reports and trackers
Candidate Profile
Graduate or MBA (real estate specialisation preferred), looking to start a career in real estate sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and willing to meet clients on-site
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (with weekly offs as per policy)
Target-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn
