to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners, investors, channel partners, and end clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured follow-ups and conversions.
2. Client Engagement & Communication
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Clearly communicate project scope, timelines, design value, and execution capabilities.
Coordinate between clients and internal design, technical, and execution teams to ensure seamless communication.
Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales and onboarding phase.
3. Proposal, Pricing & Documentation
Assist in preparing
sales proposals, cost estimates, presentations, and agreements
.
Support feasibility discussions, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure accurate documentation for proposals, contracts, and client approvals.
Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM and AI-enabled tools.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and client preferences.
Use AI-driven insights and data analytics to improve lead targeting and conversion rates.
Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities, customer expectations, and product positioning.
5. Technology & AI Adoption
Effectively use
