Closing Manager
Role:
Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
Hosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development
Win Negotiations and Close Deals within specified TATS
Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to end
Maintain Good client follow up and increase buying conversion ratios
Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually
Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site business
Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase business
Maintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time
Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market and regular competition mapping
Follow all systems and processes rigorously as defined in company norms
Ensure happy customers to increase cross sell
Take initiatives to meet individual sales targets

Roles & Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micro-market understanding
Recognize top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers' team
Identifying Valued Retail Channel Partners (RCP) who majorly deal in the focused projects
Work on developing a robust network with these Retail Channel Partners, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure
Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness.
Be excited to go on the field, go on the sites, and meet more and more Retail Channel partners.
