Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident, and skilled in client relationship management, property presentations, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
Conduct property tours and effectively present property features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and advertising.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and closing terms.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, client interactions, and property details.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or field sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and telecommunication systems.
Mandatory:
Two-wheeler and Android mobile phone.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Ideal Candidate Profile

1-3 years of real estate sales experience with a strong closing record.
