We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can represent the project with confidence and build long-term relationships with potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into site visits & bookings
Communicate project features, pricing, offers and USPs to clients effectively
Identify the requirements of prospects and match them with the project offerings
Manage follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp and emails
Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Collaborate with the marketing team on customer insights and campaign performance
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
1-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong convincing abilities and customer-first approach
Comfortable with field visits and flexible work hours based on client availability
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
