We're looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in residential property sales to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of residential real estate projects through site visits, lead follow-ups, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth client management.
Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Stay updated with current market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experienc
e in residential real estate sales (mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the local real estate market.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working on weekends (with a weekday off).
Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
