We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals. Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers. Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales processes. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in real estate sales or similar sales roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
