Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of proven sales experience
in real estate (residential/commercial).
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of local real estate market.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
