We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct site visits and presentations for potential buyers and investors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and project offerings.
Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
Assist customers with legal documents and closing formalities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork/site visits.
Fluency in Languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
