Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through structured sales interactions. Conduct site visits, explain project details, pricing, and inventory to prospective buyers. Negotiate and finalize deals as per pricing strategy and incentive structures. Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat sales. Coordinate with legal, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover after booking. Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and feedback to management. Act as a key representative of the project during roadshows, events, and channel partner engagements.

Requirements:



Proven experience in closing residential/commercial real estate sales. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of RERA, documentation process, and real estate legalities. Comfortable working under targets and deadlines. Strong networking with HNIs, investors, and channel partners is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
