Homz N Space is hiring motivated individuals to join our real estate sales team. This role offers a career path in the residential real estate market for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to grow with structured training, strong support, and performance-based rewards.
1. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property site visits and present project information to prospective clients
Handle inbound leads generated by the central team and generate additional leads through referrals
Follow up with prospects, consult effectively, and convert leads into closures
Maintain long-term relationships with clients through timely updates and service
Coordinate with internal teams including MIS, Accounts, and Reporting Managers to ensure smooth sales processing
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company
2. Probation and Salary Structure:
Applicable for freshers or candidates without real estate experience:
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary during probation: 3.00 3.90 LPA
Structured onboarding and on-the-job training provided during the probation period
Post-probation (on confirmation as a full-time employee): 5.00 8.00 LPA, based on performance during probation
3. Eligibility Criteria:
01 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply
Must own a two-wheeler with valid documents
Proficiency in English and any regional language is preferred
Comfortable with field sales and site visits across Bengaluru
