To generate sales through effective customer engagement, site visits, follow-ups, and closures while ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to company sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain project details such as pricing, floor plans, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up status in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts, and operations) for documentation and booking formalities.
Ensure smooth handover of customers to CRM post-booking.
Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify required customer documents for booking and agreement execution.
Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company compliance policies.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement registration and payment follow-ups.
Channel Partner Coordination
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Share project updates, pricing, and inventory details with channel partners.
Support channel partner closures and ensure proper documentation.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offers.
Provide regular sales reports, lead status, and forecast updates to the Sales Manager.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric approach with professional presentation abilities.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to work on weekends and during site events.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage).
Experience
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
