Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound property inquiries.
Generate leads and actively follow up to convert into site visits and closures.
Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details.
Build and maintain a strong client database.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Stay updated on local market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 6 months - 5 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Age:
20-35 years.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle clients independently and drive closures.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Candidates must be from Thane / KDMC (local candidates preferred).
