A reputed and fast-growing real estate group is seeking a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support operations at its Experience Centre. This role is essential for ensuring smooth lead management, effective communication with clients, and end-to-end coordination with the sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and assist walk-in clients at the Experience Centre
Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative duties and documentation
Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and customer service
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Customer-first approach and ability to build rapport quickly
Prior experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles is an added advantage
