Job Description


Qualification: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
Experience: min 1 to 3 yrs experience in pre-sales & sales activities from Real Estate / Construction industry.
Work location: Baner in Pune (on Baner Pashan road)

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Coordination with Customers, Site sales:
Answering all incoming inquiries
Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp
Convincing the leads to visit the site
Helping the customer to reach the site
Attending walk-in customers at site to provide details of project as per requirement.
Educating customers by explaining the details and convincing them
Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
Provide information about our upcoming projects
Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned person\'s number along with relevant project information.

2) Data / Report Management:
Call the customer post-site visit to know his feedback
Maintaining a concise and meticulous record of follow-ups done for the same
Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns
Collect feedback from customers and provide it to management which helps in analysing customer needs

Ideal Candidate For The Role:
Basic Office software
Basic real estate industry knowledge
Familiarity with the vocabulary used in the real estate industry
