Job description Sales Executive @ Real Estate at Tellapur Job Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads to expand the client base. Build and nurture relationships with potential buyers and sellers Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends. Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, property prices, and mortgages. Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property. Ensure that properties are well-presented and marketed through various channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing property listings. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win for both clients and the company. Build and nurture strong client relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships. Collaborate with legal and financial professionals for seamless transactions. To be on Field visiting real estate properties in and around Hyderabad and other cities as per the needs by the organisation. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales (Plots/Apartments/Villas) or a related field. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities.
