Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling real estate properties and services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and requirements
• Present and promote real estate properties and services to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on the real estate market trends and developments
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
