We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support end-to-end deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads from multiple channels (calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries).
Conduct property presentations and organise site visits for residential/commercial projects.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closure & documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
