Sales Executive
to join our on-site team and help drive our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client visits and property showings at the site
Clearly communicate project features, pricing, and amenities
Build relationships with prospective buyers and investors
Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales reports and client data
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage walk-ins effectively
Presentable personality and professional approach
Salary:
Negotiable
based on previous CTC and experience
Performance-based incentives available
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days a week (Weekend availability required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,151.68 - ₹52,570.42 per month
