Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition

and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the

real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

? o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site

visits

? o Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site tours

? o Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties

? o Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads

? o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

? o Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups

? o Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

? o Prepare and present sales reports to management

Qualifications

? o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

? o 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar field

? o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

? o Strong negotiation and closing skills

? o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

? o Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
