Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals. Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain property features and benefits. Understand client requirements and provide property solutions that match their needs. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property prices, and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high conversion rate. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
