Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage leads, and convert prospects into clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
Property Presentation: Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers or tenants. Prepare and deliver compelling property proposals.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to effectively position and promote our offerings.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and contract discussions. Facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Skills Required
