Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage leads, and convert prospects into clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively. Property Presentation: Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers or tenants. Prepare and deliver compelling property proposals. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to effectively position and promote our offerings. Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and contract discussions. Facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales Knowledge of the real estate market and trends Negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a team Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
