Job Description

Property Presentation:



Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information. Conduct property tours, open houses, and presentations to highlight unique selling points.

Client Relationship Management:



Implement and optimize CRM systems to streamline customer interactions and enhance overall client satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer preferences, ensuring personalized engagement.

Sales Strategy:



Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies leveraging CRM insights. Identify market trends and customer needs to inform the development of targeted sales initiatives.

Lead Generation:



Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through CRM data analysis. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, prioritize prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Data Analysis and Reporting:



Regularly analyze CRM data to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.

Market Analysis:



Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
