Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven ability to drive sales while providing exceptional customer service. This role is key in helping us connect clients with their ideal properties and grow our brand in the market.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and match them with suitable properties. Present and promote properties to prospective clients in person, over the phone, and online. Follow up with leads and provide regular updates to prospects. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company. Prepare and deliver presentations, sales proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and clients. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to provide accurate advice to clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships. Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A valid driver's license is a plus.
