Roles and responsibilities -:



Handling clients, taking them for visits Taking instructions from managers and looking after the property sales. Bringing more and more deal closures. Maintaining a long term good relationship with the customers and approaching them for up-sale. Driving the company's sales and the overall business growth. Managing the leads from start to end, from calls to conversation. Presenting the property in an impressive way. Addressing the customer's queries and enquiries. Managing records and databases. Presenting reports Achieving targets and running after the goal completion and deadlines.

Essentials-:



The candidate should have his/her own vehicle. The candidates should have an experience of atleast one year in the real estate industry

Desirable traits-:



Ability to work under pressure. Good communication. Presentation skills. Negotiation skills. Strong convincing power. Target driven and result oriented. Computer knowledge-MS Excel and MS Office.
