We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated Sales Executive

to promote our

premium plotted development -

located near

Denkanikottai (Hosur region)

.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate sales, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities



Promote and sell

villa plots

in T*o individual and corporate buyers.
Generate and follow up on leads through

walk-ins, digital campaigns, referrals, and local networking

. Conduct

site visits

, explain project features, location advantages, and investment benefits. Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and local businesses. Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

Requirements



Minimum

1-3 years

of experience in

real estate sales

(plots, villas, or apartments preferred). Good communication in

English, Tamil, and Kannada

(advantageous). Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented personality.
