Designation - Assistant Sales Manager

Location - Pune (Viman Nagar and Baner)

Qualification - Any graduate and post graduate

Experience - 0-4 years into sales

Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit.

Experience in working as a Sourcing or Closing Manager can also apply.

Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.

Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.

Ensuring final documents are organized.

Making available property data base of the area.

Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.

Catering clients as per their need from the available database.

Note - Candidates should have personal vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
