Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and site visits
Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options
Conduct property site visits and product demos
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 - 10 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred, but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and closing ability
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Two-wheeler and license preferred (with allowance)
