Role Overview: Sales Executive - Real Estate (Bangalore Division)
We are looking for
highly driven and target-focused Sales Executives
to drive premium residential sales in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, building trust, and closing high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with qualified leads and conduct high-impact sales presentations
Conduct physical and virtual site visits with potential buyers
Nurture client relationships with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
Stay updated with current inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends
Maintain accurate data and follow-ups through CRM tools
Collaborate with senior advisors and developers to close deals efficiently
Be proactive in expanding your client base through referrals and outreach
Key Qualifications:
1-2 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle--from lead to closure
Strong understanding of Mumbai's real estate landscape and project inventory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Proficient in CRM and follow-up management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred
