Sales Executives
with a proven track record in the
real estate sector
. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an excellent command over English, and the ability to engage effectively with clients to drive property sales and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for residential and commercial projects.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles--from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience
in real estate sales (residential or commercial projects).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
with fluency in
English
.
Well-groomed
and presentable with a professional attitude.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing leads, and channel partner networks will be an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
