The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and site visits.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Present and promote available real estate units to potential buyers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations for prospective clients.
Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM with all client interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
1-5 years of sales experience; real estate sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
