Male / Female Job description Roles and Responsibilities Understanding the Core values of the company and its goals and functioning of Sales Department Showcasing Properties as per the advice of their respective reporting manager Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing consulting Should be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the company Opportunity Creation: Should be responsible for creating an Opportunity out of the leads generated by the Marketing team. Customer Relationship Management: Should be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and providing regular updates on the Builders projects. Sales Process Management: Should be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generated to closing the transactions. This includes conducting site visits, giving presentations at project location or at customers place, Cross Selling, Negotiating and Closing and assisting the transactions as per the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement Sales Target Achievement: Should be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research and Analysis: Should be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitor strategies, and emerging trends in the real estate market. Reporting and Analysis: Should be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting, revenue analysis, and pipeline management. Coordination with Internal Teams: Should works closely with internal teams such as MIS team, accounts, Tele-Marketing Team and reporting manager to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver a positive customer experience. Overall, should play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a company. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 Yrs. of Related Domain Experience; which is Real Estate Sales / Residential & Commercial Sales Should be aware of the Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) geography & Knowledge of the real estate market Experience in real estate or any broker firm will be an added advantage and is most preferable Field Sales Job / Escorting customers to the project site Should have a proven track record in sales and achieved consistent sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Should be humble and possess Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Should be ambitious and self-Motivated in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations Should be Responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with builders and clients Should take High level of passion and ownership Language Proficiency: English / Hindi (If known other languages would be an added advantage) Must have Two-Wheeler. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
