About the Role:
We are looking for confident, energetic, and tech-savvy Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and possess excellent verbal communication skills. The ideal candidates will be responsible for client engagement, online property presentations, and driving property sales across residential, commercial, and retail segments. This is a high-impact role that requires strong sales acumen, a customer-first mindset, and comfort with digital tools and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on qualified leads through digital platforms, referrals, and inbound interest
Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations to potential buyers or tenants
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the property selection process
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate real estate solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with the marketing and site teams to ensure timely sharing of property details
Meet and exceed sales targets through structured follow-ups and relationship building
Keep updated with industry trends, project inventory, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, Zoom, and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch and present properties confidently in online and offline formats
Sales-Driven: Target-oriented approach with a proven ability to convert leads into sales
Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate or high-involvement sales (automobile, finance, insurance, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or similar platforms
