We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage inquiries and admissions for our Real Estate Agent Training programs in Thane and Mumbai. The role involves handling leads, counselling prospective candidates, driving admissions, and supporting overall business growth for training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to Real Estate Agent Training.
Counsel prospective candidates on training programs, eligibility, benefits, and career
opportunities.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and engagement.
Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions or tracking systems.
Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Meet monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Organize and participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Provide feedback from prospects and market trends to management for program improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related field).
Fresher/Experience in sales, admissions, or counselling (preferably in education/training
sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of real estate sector will be an added advantage.
