We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process. Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but candidates with strong sales instincts and a passion for the property market are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively identify, generate, and convert leads through various channels such as site visits, calls, referrals, and online platforms. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options from available inventory. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs for prospective buyers or tenants. Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure seamless completion of sales transactions. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor offerings, and local real estate regulations. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-up details using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, property shows, and events. Assist clients in understanding financial options, documentation, and legal processes involved in property purchase or leasing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Good understanding of real estate markets, property types, and sales processes. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving sales success. Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
