Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate. The position is located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling real estate properties, engaging with potential buyers, providing property tours, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will also involve market research, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in selling real estate properties and engaging with potential buyers Strong client relationship management skills Market research and sales reporting skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of property regulations and the real estate market in Pune Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
