Key Responsibilities:
Identity and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client referrals
Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform dealer/distributor mapping in assigned areas.
Update daily visit reports and maintain CRM or Excel based trackers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence data.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.
Should able to handle collections and dealer coordination.
Requirements:
B.B.A/ M.B.A, or any other Graduates with prior sales experience
1 - 2 yrs of proven Sales experience in FMCG or 'Beverage sales' will be an added advantage.
Open to local candidates from Ramanathapuram and nearby areas
Ability to travel to field work across allocated areas.
Good communication and analytical skills and interest in data collection & reporting.
