. The ideal candidate must have prior experience or strong knowledge in
poultry feed sector
. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products, building relationships with dealers/farmers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers in the poultry and livestock segment.
Maintain and grow relationships with poultry farms.
Educate clients on product benefits and provide support when required.
Regularly visit farms and markets across Tamil Nadu to assess needs and gather feedback.
Prepare daily reports, maintain CRM data, and update market intelligence.
Coordinate with the supply chain and finance team for order processing and collections.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in poultry feed
.
Good understanding of poultry farming.
Strong communication skills in
Telugu
and
basic English/Hindi
.
Must be willing to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
