Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in Raipur. This is a full-time position that involves engaging in field sales and channel sales within the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise and relevant industry experience to drive our sales initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities to achieve sales targets and market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and establish strong connections with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends to position our products effectively in the competitive landscape.
  • Implement sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the company.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update and expand product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Field sales executive experience in the lighting industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Channel sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient understanding of the lighting industry's trends and demands (Mandatory skill).
  • Previous experience in primary sales with ability to establish direct connections with clients.
  • Secondary sales skills to manage sales operations and administration efficiently.
  • Experience in fast moving electrical goods (FMEG) industry preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
