Visit factories, workshops, and industrial customers for product promotion
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations and explain lubricant applications
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain daily visit reports, sales data, and customer records
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth operations
Required Experience & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in B2C sales
, preferably in
industrial lubricants or related products
Knowledge of
industrial areas, factories, and maintenance departments
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Self-motivated with target-oriented approach
Qualification:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
(Diploma/ITI in Mechanical is an advantage)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in lubricant, oil, grease, or industrial product sales
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
Ready for field sales in industrial locations
