Identify and onboard new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, institutions, distributors)
Promote and sell FMCG products to meet assigned sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively
Monitor sales trends and competitor activity within the territory
Conduct regular visits to clients for order generation, collection, and feedback
Ensure timely deliveries and payment collections from clients
Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth operations
Key Skills Required:
Proven B2B sales experience in FMCG or similar industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of distribution, inventory, and billing processes
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales/Marketing background)
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (B2B preferred)
Familiarity with local markets and territory management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
