We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in sales (field sales). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall business success.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends Present and demonstrate products to potential clients Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Provide timely and effective customer service to enhance satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and networking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs
