Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and approach potential dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.
Visit customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
Address customer queries, issues, and coordinate with the factory for smooth order execution.
Sales Execution
Generate sales orders as per monthly targets.
Promote new products and schemes to increase market penetration.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and collection targets.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and customer feedback.
Suggest marketing strategies based on real-time insights from the field.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback.
Maintain records of sales leads, customer accounts, and follow-up activities.
Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely product delivery.
Ensure stock availability at distributor/retailer locations.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years in FMCG/Food products preferred.
Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Local language fluency
Two-wheeler license with own vehicle (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email)
