We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Pune operations. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads provided by the company, maintaining strong relationships with colleges and institutions, and conducting onsite visits whenever required for closure and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Call and convert qualified leads shared by the company
Conduct onsite college visits when required for meetings or closures
Deliver product presentations, pricing explanations, and solution pitches
Follow up consistently to ensure timely closures
Maintain CRM updates, reports, and sales pipeline tracking
Build positive relationships with partners and educational institutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in IT or EdTech sales
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Self-driven and goal-focused personality
Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for occasional visits
Preferred

familiar with the Pune market
Compensation
?50,000 to ?2,00,000 per batch (performance & incentive based)
Work Mode
Remote work + onsite visits only when required
Important Note
Owning a personal vehicle is essential
