Work Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibility:



1.

Lead Generation:

Identifying potential tenants through various channels like online listings, referrals, and networking.

2.

Client Relationship Management:

Building rapport with landlords and tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.

3.

Property Presentation:

Showing properties to potential tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.

4.

Negotiation:

Negotiating rental terms, security deposits, and other lease agreements.

5.

Sales:

Closing deals and securing rental contracts.

6.

Follow-up:

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

7.

Market Knowledge:

Keeping up-to-date on local rental trends, property values, and competitive rates.

8.

Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of leads, deals, and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:



1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent negotiation skills.

3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

4. Understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics.

5. Sales experience, preferably in a real estate or related field.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
