Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Marketing and Sales Specialist

to promote 3D visualization services for real estate and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

For Real Estate Projects:

Market our 3D visualization tool to builders and developers. Approach new real estate projects and present the solution. Deliver sales pitches and manage client follow-ups.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in

real estate marketing or B2B sales

. Fluent in

Tamil and English

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of real estate industry trends and local market. Willingness to travel within

Coimbatore and Cochin

.
