Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other business channels.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property tours, and presentations to promote company offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track leads.
Assist in creating sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and documentation.
Represent Skyla Collective at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales / hotel sales / corporate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Good knowledge of local Hyderabad corporate markets and travel trade.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
