Key Responsibilities

Conduct

inbound and outbound calls

to engage potential customers. Identify customer needs and

offer relevant VIP services

. Build and nurture

long-term client relationships

. Represent Shaadi.com's VIP Services with

enthusiasm and professionalism

. Accurately

document all client interactions

using CRM tools. Collaborate with team members to

achieve monthly targets

.

Who Should Apply?

Experience

: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in a

B2C

environment.

Languages

: Fluency in

English and Hindi

is required. Knowledge of

Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali

is a strong plus.

Age Group

: 22 to 40 years.

Skills

: Excellent communication, rapport-building, and persuasive sales ability.
