We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, Immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients (including retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers), following up for orders and payments, and ensuring seamless coordination from order placement to billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, HoReCa, and institutional segments.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business.
Regularly follow up with clients for order placements, feedback, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate internally to process client orders, ensure timely dispatches, and manage invoicing and billing.
Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on client activity and sales performance.
Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with prospective clients to pitch products and solutions.
Provide product knowledge and updates to clients and respond to queries within a timeline.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or client demos as required.
Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, or B2B sectors.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proven ability to manage clients and close sales independently.
Basic understanding of order processing, billing, and documentation.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in food ingredients, gourmet products, or premium FMCG brands.
Exposure to retail chains, supermarkets, or institutional sales.
CRM or ERP software knowledge.
